What is Hewlett-Packard's marketing strategy? I was already on the web page for eHow.com. I couldn't figure out anything from that.
Their marketing strategy is to sell you a printer that is low-cost, and it includes a color and a Black printer ink cartridge.
When you install the software, your ndesktop is loaded with icons , even icons to sell you a new cartridge.
Now when you need a new cartridge, you will pay too much for the correct size, which changes with every model. and the ink does not last very long. They suck extra profit from you on those short-life cartridges. If you don't use them very often, the ink dries up inside.
Find a reasonalbly priced ink cartridge by an aftermarket company. then buy the printer that uses that size.
