My Big Rewards, is it a scam?

I have been contacting colleges about their programs for MyBigRewards. They asked for payment information which I have sent them several times without reply. They have me signed up for a 500.00 survey study next week. There main offfice is in Las Vagas and I have sent them direct e-mails and I know they received them but know reply.
